You may have missed it but the Winter Park Area is blowing up right now.... we have the perfect storm brewing of commercial/residential development in Downtown Winter Park, Winter Park Resort was just purchased by Aspen Skiing Co. and Denver’s KSL Partners this summer and we have a residential real estate market that has seen values increase up to 25% in less than 12 months!
