Hello! It's another sunny day in Winter Park Colorado! Hard to believe all the nice weather we have had in Grand County this spring.
For the first time in my 25+ years here, I have been on multiple bike rides right here in Winter Park! I usually have to go to Denver to get my training rides in. I will be joining the Ride The Rockies group in June for a 400 mile bike ride across Colorado. I am very excited for the opportunity to be a part of this (my 4th year!) and will be training (and complaining) hard the next few months.
In the meantime, Real Estate sales have continued to be somewhat strong. I just closed on a beautiful lot in Elk Run subdivision in the heart of Winter Park. Real Estate of Winter Park continues to report sales in condominiums, homes and vacant land. We are gearing up for a busy summer. With interest rates and prices so low, it is a great time to buy.
