The fall colors are amazing right now!  My son and I hiked up to Broome Hut this week and the fall foliage was amazing.  If you have time, take a drive/bike or hike around the area, the colors will take your breath away!

While you are up, take a look at all the great values on homes/condominums and vacant land in Winter Park/Fraser/Grand County area.   Sales have been plentiful but there are still many great bargains to be had and to put you in your new mountain home by the time the snow flies in Winter Park!  Winter Park Resort is gearing up for another ski season, they are near completion on a new restaurant at Lunch Rock, it looks amazing.
Give me a call for all your real estate needs in Grand County.  I look forward to hearing from you!  Sue
