I can't believe it is August already! The summer has flown by! The picture attached is my son "flying" through the air doing some of his amazing aerial tricks. Proud to say Nik Seemann of Winter Park has made the development team with the U.S. Ski Team! He is making amazing progress this summer training at the Olympic Training Center in Park City, Utah.Meanwhile, I am home working! Real Estate has been incredibly busy this summer. Sales appear to be the best the have been in years. The good news is that pricing on Grand County properties has not risen...yet! I expect by the end of the year we will see a jump in pricing.
Now is the time to come up to Winter Park and take a look around at what the Winter Park/Fraser Valley has to offer. There are stll great deals on homes, condominiums and vacant land. Give me a call or email and I can fill you in.
