Hello to all! Happy 2014, hope you enjoyed the holidays!

I look forward to the New Year..plenty to be thankful for as sales are improving and I think 2014 will bring more sales and higher pricing!  Now is the time to take a look around and find your mountain home in the Winter Park area.  There are lots of great options available in Grand County including land, homes, condos or investment opportunities!
2014 is going to be great because I am proud to announce my son, Nik, has been chosen as TD Ameritrades future olympic hopeful program!  They are sending Nik and myself on an all expenses paid trip to the Olympics including opening ceremonies...could not be more excited.  Proud of this boy who trains out of Winter Park Resort and this amazing accomplishment!
Give me a call or email with specifics on what you are looking for and I will send you an updated list on what is available!
Also, check out our chamber website, www.playwinterpark.com, for an updated list of activites in January...plenty going on in Winter Park/Fraser Valley.
Cheers and Happy New Year! Sue
