Great news from Winter Park Resort! Plans are to replace the Zephyr lift this summer with a new Gondola! This will be a 10 person Gondola and will be ready to go for the 2018/2019 ski season. So many great (BIG) things are going on in Winter Park! I am so excited for all the great developments in our town.
Inventory continues to be low but I am optimistic that more properties will come on the market late Spring/Early Summer.
