Happy New Year!  Hope you have gotten up to Winter Park to enjoy WINTER!!  This is a photo from a recent nordic ski that I went on.  The snow was amazing, it is so beautiful.  I have also been downhill skiing at Winter Park Resort--what a great year for snow!  You have to get up here to get out and enjoy all the snow no matter how you choose to do it!

2014 was a great year for real estate in Grand County.  The market was very active, I am confident we will see a jump in prices in 2015.  Now is the time to get up here and take advantage of all the great deals in the Winter Park/Fraser area on homes, condos or vacant land.  Give me a call or email to find out what you can buy!

In the meantime, enjoy WINTER!!  I hope to see you soon out playing in Winter Park!
